The Role You Will Play: Hiring Center HR Manager
  • Coordinate overall administrative and office activities for the hiring center
  • Lead individual and group onboarding sessions in conjunction with Recruiters
  • Audit screening process for compliance, consistency, timeliness, risk management and integration.
  • Liaise with internal teams and field leaders regarding status of craftsman applicants and employees
  • Coordinate mass hire support for other regions
  • Establish KPIs and monitor work processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and advocate for process changes pertaining to hiring and onboarding practices
  • Support ongoing implementation of Workday system
  • Manage Vendor relationships and maintain fiscal responsibility
  • Support the new hiring and training center facilities build out and construction progress
  • Support clinical and safety operations
 
Background Profile: Hiring Center HR Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • 2+ years of experience with Human Resources Management (preferred)
  • Background concentrated in staffing, recruiting or onboarding for light industrial or trades/crafts (highly preferred)
  • Proficient in Workday or other ATS/HRIS systems
  • Proficient in MOS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
