The Role You Will Play: Inside Sales Representative
  • Work with internal and external clients to develop business
  • Work with 90 branches in the Western US to identify Professional level position with current clients
  • Work with 30+ Business Development Managers to help identify new potential clients and professional positions
  • Actively engage hiring managers to uncover leads and open positions through thorough, consistent follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Actively utilize multiple social media platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate channels for further development and closure
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job
 
Background Profile: Inside Sales Representative
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; flexible hours/part-time work available for college students
  • 1-3 years inside sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial type who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication
